We charge €4.95 for deliveries to Germany and Austria. Shipping is free for orders over €49. Different rates apply to other EU countries, Switzerland, the UK and Norway.
In Germany and Austria, your order will usually arrive within 1-3 working days. For other countries, the delivery time can be between 3 and 7 days.
You can pay conveniently by credit card, PayPal, Klarna (Sofortüberweisung & invoice), Apple Pay or prepayment. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Yes, we deliver to many European countries, including Switzerland. Please note the respective shipping costs and delivery times.
We usually ship in a single shipment. The longest delivery time then determines the time of delivery.
For Germany and Austria, there is only a processing fee of €3.95. For other countries €6.95 (please contact us beforehand if necessary). The return itself is free of charge. In other countries, you may have to bear the return costs yourself.
