📏 What height do you need?
The right height gives you comfort without distraction:
- 🔹 Height up to about 1.70 m (5'7")? → Around 10 cm (4 in) seat height is usually enough.
- 🔹 Taller than 1.70 m? → Choose a cushion with at least 14 cm (5.5 in) height.
- 👣 Less flexible in hips or knees? Then start a little higher.
