💭 Your 30-Day Reflection Period
You have 30 days to decide whether your new meditation cushion deserves to stay with you. This period begins the moment you – or someone authorized by you – receives the package.
If you decide to return your order, just send us a short message via email or post. One simple sentence is enough: “I would like to withdraw from my purchase.” Even faster – use our online withdrawal form. As soon as your message reaches us, you’ll receive a confirmation right away.

Pack & send back: Make sure the cushion is clean, undamaged, and neatly packed before shipping it back.

Processing & refund: Once we receive your return, we’ll check it and refund your money – minus a small processing fee of €6.95.
This small fee helps us cover part of the costs for packaging, logistics, and inspection – but we’ll take care of the actual return shipping costs for you.
💸 Your Refund
As soon as the meditation cushion is back with us (or you’ve sent us proof of shipment), you’ll receive your full purchase amount – including standard shipping costs if you chose standard delivery. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. No ifs or buts.

Please handle the cushion with care – of course, you can test it, but try to avoid any signs of use beyond “touching and trying it out.” If there are noticeable signs of wear, we reserve the right to deduct a small amount from your refund.
Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal for legal or hygienic reasons – but we’ll always let you know clearly and directly on the respective product page.

Nivaria covers the return shipping costs for you. To handle everything properly, we only charge a processing fee of €6.95, which we deduct from your refund. You don’t need to create your own label – you’ll receive it directly from us via email.

Products with direct body contact (e.g. custom-made or sealed meditation cushions with personalized embroidery) are excluded from exchange once opened if they can no longer be passed on in a hygienic condition. The same applies to opened packages of consumable items such as incense sticks. In such cases, you’ll find a note clearly stated in the product description.
